Join me for yoga and meditation classes designed for all levels in West Hampstead, Kings Cross, and online. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced in your practice, my group sessions encourage self-inquiry, focusing on enhancing flexibility, strength, and mental clarity, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief.

HATHA FLOW

My signature class features breath-centred, flowing sequences with options for all levels, including more advanced variations. Each session is themed to enhance your practice.

Everyone is welcome.

VINYASA FLOW

This is a dynamic practice of synchronising breath with movement, creating a seamless flow from one pose to the next. Each class is unique, some are slow with a focus on alignment, others are faster-paced, but all centre on the breath as the guiding force.

Vinyasa enhances strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, keeping you present in every movement.

GENTLE AND SLOW-PACED YOGA

This class focuses on joint-freeing movements, breathwork, mindfulness, and guided meditation, promoting relaxation and mobility. Ideal for beginners or those seeking a mindful, slower practice.

CHAIR YOGA

A slow, breath-centred chair yoga practice, moving through mellow movements, taking our time. This class is ideal for those looking for a gentle, mindful approach to yoga, whether a beginner or more experienced.
