PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private yoga and meditation sessions with me will allow you to experience your practice in a more personal and detailed way. Whether you're working on specific goals, recovering from an injury, starting a new practice, or looking to deepen your existing practice my one-to-one sessions are tailored to your individual needs.

Private sessions provide personalised guidance tailored to your needs, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner these sessions are ideal for building a strong foundation before joining a public class or deepening your practice. With one-to-one instruction, you’ll receive focused support to address specific health concerns or injuries, such as lower back pain and neck and shoulder tension. Sessions offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle and can focus on postures, breathwork, or meditation techniques.

All sessions are available online or in person at your home, my home practice, or at a venue of your choice.


PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Sessions can include a mix of popular postures, restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, and iRest Yoga Nidra. I can also recommend suitable equipment, helpful resources, and trusted suppliers to support your home practice if required.

Private sessions are available in person or via Zoom, or FaceTime. I offer flexible scheduling, whether you prefer weekly, monthly, or one-off sessions, with durations of 30, 60, 75, or 90 minutes.

PRIVATE MEDITATION SESSIONS

My private meditation sessions provide a tailored, one-to-one experience designed to enhance mindfulness and well-being.

These sessions are customised to address your unique needs, whether to find calmness, manage stress, emotional healing, or personal development. Techniques such as breathing exercises, guided visualisations, and body scans are used to create a calming environment where you can relax and reflect. Suitable for all experience levels.

PRIVATE iREST YOGA NIDRA SESSIONS

In my private one-to-one sessions, I guide you through the process of relaxation and self-inquiry, where you become more aware of your physical body, breath, and inner world.

Whether for stress reduction, emotional healing, or personal growth, private iRest Yoga Nidra provides a safe, quiet space to relax and carefully investigate the nature of the beliefs you hold about yourself, as well as to integrate feelings, emotions and thoughts. Suitable for all experience levels.

PRIVATE iREST DYAD MEDITATION

This co-meditation practice follows the iRest protocol, guiding you into meditative awareness while I mirror your process with support without agenda. It fosters insight and personal growth, helping with anxiety, depression, pain, emotions, or self-limiting beliefs. Suitable for all levels.

  • Sessions last about one hour.

  • Done lying down or sitting comfortably, with eyes open or closed.

  • Based on the iRest Yoga Nidra protocol by Richard Miller and yoga's self-inquiry teachings.

PRIVATE BREATHWORK SESSIONS

In private sessions, I will assess your current breathing patterns and explore exercises tailored to your needs, with posture support to enhance optimal breathing. Sessions can be standalone or combined with yoga and meditation.
