Unlike a general yoga class, yoga therapy provides tailored practices designed to meet your individual health needs. Sessions may include: breath-led movements including joint-freeing movements, yoga postures, breathing practices, mindfulness, meditation, guided relaxation, lifestyle suggestions and self-care techniques.
