Located in West Hampstead London, I focus on providing a calm, supportive, and nurturing space in person and online away from the busyness and demands of modern life.
As a yoga and meditation teacher and yoga therapist, my goal is to support your movement, guide you back to stillness, and empower you to rediscover wholeness through self-inquiry and personalised practices tailored to your unique needs - whether you're an individual or part of a group.
HELLO, I’M SIMON
I’m a yoga and meditation teacher as well as a yoga therapist. I first discovered meditation as a tool for stress management during my former career in retail buying and merchandising, after attending a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat in New Zealand in 2003. A few days later, I took my first yoga class and fell in love with how both practices made me feel. Since then, I have been dedicated to my practice, and after extensive training, I began teaching in 2010. My complete list of training and accreditations can be viewed here.
My teaching style reflects my belief in supporting the whole person through yoga, meditation, and other mindful practices. As an accredited Yoga, Meditation and iRest teacher, I blend techniques including Yoga Nidra, breathwork, mindfulness and movement to help students build strength, enhance mobility, find balance and embrace calm. As a certified yoga therapist, I also support clients in managing health conditions and improving their well-being.
Before becoming a teacher, I spent years living and working in a fast-paced city environment, so I understand the challenges and stresses many people face. Yoga has been a profound support for me, helping with everything from stress relief to improved posture to restoring my mobility after a severe injury. Through meditation and iRest, I discovered powerful tools to break the cycle of anxiety, gain clarity and insight, improve sleep quality, and build resilience – strengths that have proved invaluable during times of intense pressure. These ongoing practices have helped me feel happier and more present in life.
My classes and private sessions are open, welcoming, and tailored to individual needs. They provide space to explore, grow, and reconnect with yourself. Teaching brings me great joy, and I'm grateful for the wisdom my mentors and students share. It's an honour to help others experience these practices and their benefits.

I invite you to try this simple and accessible guided practice with me, helping you foster deep rest, emotional healing, a greater sense of inner peace and helping you navigate all of life’s challenges.
SOUND BATH
Enjoy the soothing vibrations from instruments including singing bowls to promote deep relaxation and mental clarity. People attending soundbaths report feeling calmer, less stressed, and more relaxed.
