I offer both group classes and private one-to-one sessions. My group classes are warm and welcoming spaces catering to all levels. My classes focus on strength, flexibility, and stress relief, with in-person and online options available. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, these sessions are designed to support your well-being.

My private yoga sessions offer personalised guidance tailored to your needs, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. These sessions can help you:

  • Establish a strong foundation before joining a public class or deepen your existing practice.

  • Receive detailed, one-to-one instruction for a more personalised experience.

  • Address health concerns or injuries, such as lower back pain.

  • Fit yoga into your busy schedule with flexible timings.

  • Focus on specific postures, breathwork (pranayama), or meditation techniques.

Sessions can include a mix of popular postures, restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, and iRest Yoga Nidra. To support your home practice, if required, I can also recommend suitable equipment and trusted suppliers.

Private sessions are available in person or via Zoom or FaceTime. I offer flexible scheduling, whether you prefer weekly, monthly, or one-off sessions, with durations of 30, 60, 75, or 90 minutes.
