The schedule is fully customisable, ranging from one-off sessions to weekly classes tailored to well-being programs including back care, stress management, or improving sleep quality.

Corporate training days or team-building events can also incorporate yoga, meditation or mindfulness sessions as part of a unique and engaging agenda.

These sessions can be funded entirely by the company or offered as a subsidised benefit to support employee wellness and productivity.

MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

Often paired with meditation, these simple yet powerful practices teach participants to be fully engaged in the here and now, reducing stress and enhancing overall mental clarity and emotional resilience.

  • Simon ran an iRest Yoga Nidra meditation and relaxation class for our charity for three terms.
