iREST YOGA NIDRA

iRest is a deeply grounding meditation practice, rooted in the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted for the pace and challenges of modern living. Simple, accessible, and profound, it offers a structured 10-step approach that helps you connect with a sense of inner calm and clarity, no matter what life throws your way.

The practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and cultivates a sense of inner peace by guiding you into a state of conscious relaxation, between wakefulness and sleep. It's a powerful tool for emotional and physical healing, fostering a deep sense of calm and mental clarity.

I offer both iRest Yoga Nidra classes and private sessions to individuals who are experienced or new to the practice.

In my private one-to-one sessions, you will be guided through a process of relaxation and self-inquiry, during which you will become increasingly aware of your physical body, including your breath and inner world. Whether for stress reduction, emotional healing, or personal growth, private iRest Yoga Nidra provides a safe, quiet space to relax and carefully investigate the nature of your beliefs about yourself.

I also offer private one-to-one iRest Dyad Meditation.

This co-meditation practice follows the iRest protocol, where we enter meditative awareness together, welcoming whatever arises in the moment. I mirror your process, offering support without any agenda, and allowing the process to unfold at your pace. This creates space for deep insights into conditioned patterns and personal growth, helping clients with anxiety, depression, pain, strong emotions, self-limiting beliefs, or those seeking greater creativity. Suitable for all experience levels.

  • Sessions last about one hour.

  • Done lying down or sitting comfortably, with eyes open or closed.

  • Based on the iRest Yoga Nidra protocol by Richard Miller and yoga's self-inquiry teachings.
